Refund and Return Policy

At Learn Spanish with Mich, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey into the Spanish language. Below you will find our policies for the different types of products we offer.

1. Physical Products (T-shirts, Mugs, and Caps)

Our merchandise is printed on demand specifically for you.

• Returns: Because each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please consult our Size Chart before purchasing.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us at mvma21000@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

2. Digital Products (PDF Guides)

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF Guides are final. Once the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations. If you experience any technical issues with your file, please reach out, and we will ensure you receive a functional copy.

3. Technology & Software Tools

For any tech-related hardware, subscriptions, or digital tools, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of purchase, provided the service or device has not been extensively used. For physical technology items, the product must be returned with its original packaging in excellent condition to be eligible for a refund.

4. Shipping Costs

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• If a return is authorized for a non-defective reason (at our discretion), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
