OVERVIEW This website is operated by Spanish with Mich. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Spanish with Mich. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDF GUIDES) Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of PDF guides, workbooks, and digital resources are final. Once the download link has been sent or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience any technical issues with your file, please contact us via email mvma21000@gmail.com for assistance.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS Our physical products (apparel, accessories, and tech gadgets) are made-to-order or sourced from third-party suppliers.

  • Production Time: POD items typically take 3-7 business days to be manufactured before shipping.

  • Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the specific supplier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

  • Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We cannot offer refunds for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the user.

3. REFUNDS AND RETURNS (PHYSICAL GOODS) We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Since our POD items are custom-made for you, we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before ordering. For tech gadgets, please report any malfunctions within 7 days of receipt, for physical technology items, the product must be returned with its original packaging in excellent condition to be eligible for a refund.

4. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION While we strive for excellence, we are not responsible if information made available on this site (including grammar guides and AI tool descriptions) is not 100% accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information and educational purposes only.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All digital content, designs, and educational materials are the intellectual property of Spanish with Mich. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our PDF guides or unique POD designs without express written permission from us.
